Wills & Estates/Power Of Attorney:

We can assist you in the preparation of a Will and it is good advice to have a Will in place.

It allows you to control and direct how you would wish your estate to be disposed of.

You can also directly appoint the person that you would trust with your affairs to be Executor.

Quite often clients would wish to create a Trust within the Will in order to make arrangements for either children or beneficiaries who are incapacitated.

We are happy to advise on all these matters and also in the administration of the Estate

Powers Of Attorney

We can assist clients in the preparation of Powers of Attorney both a Continuing Power whereby you appoint someone to help manage your financial and property affairs for you, or a Welfare Power where you appoint someone to make decisions regarding matters of your personal welfare. We can advise you in connection with these matters and upon creation of the relevant Power, we can attend to its registration with The Office of the Public Guardian.
